Due to past bad decisions about rail, much of the rail traffic (Conex Container traffic) has been shunted to the N3. Getting the truck transports off N3 would be a major easing of traffic and two lane blockages due to slow passing traffic of the big boys. The climb to the passes on N3 is really congested and slow now.
